Charles "Charlie" Waits
In 1976, Charlie headed to Texas Tech University from his hometown of Kennedale, Texas in the Fort Worth area. He worked his way through Tech by various jobs and graduated in 1980. After graduation, he continued on with his employer, in various managerial positions. After getting his MBA, he was ready for a change. He started his insurance career with Metropolitan Life where he was an award winning top producer. In 1993, after two successful years with MetLife, he began Group Health & Employer Insurance Services, Inc. to focus on the benefits side of insurance.

Richard "Chuck" Williams
Chuck Williams spent the first 42 years of his working career on the client and decision-making side of the health insurance table, as a pastor and staff member in local churches. He and his wife, Ann have a son and daughter-in-law, and a grandson, born November 1, 2012.
On January 1, 2012, Chuck passed the leadership baton of Live Oak Community Church in Lubbock, Texas, to his friend, co-founder and co-worker Doug Halcomb. For the next two years, Chuck and Ann traveled in their RV, working part-time as “workampers,” which gave them a chance to see and experience this wonderful country of ours. When the aforementioned grandson was born the wandering came to an end in the north Dallas area.
In the spring of 2004 they drove the distance of historic Route 66, meeting people and visiting dozens of significant places along the road in preparation for Chuck to write Eternal Route 66, A Road Trip through All 66 Books of the Bible and Historic Route 66. The book was first self-published in 2005. The 2nd edition was released in 2013, and a 3rd edition is anticipated for release in September of 2018.
In June of 2013, Chuck accepted the invitation of long-time friend, Charlie Waits, to acquire an insurance license and join his agency, Group Health and Employer Insurance Services, Inc. Chuck now enjoys helping individuals, businesses and churches navigate the ever-changing world of health insurance and employee benefits to acquire the services they need. He offices out of his home in Plano, serving clients in Texas and surrounding states.
